IQ Systems Solutions Limited, a leading provider of technology solutions to businesses and organizations in Nigeria, is seeking a Sales Executive to help generate qualified leads and sell our advanced services in Nigeria and the rest of the world.


Reporting to the Head, Sales & Business Development, the Sales Executive is expected to qualify and contact prospective clients, up-sale to existing clients, and close business. The ideal candidate understands the IT industry and has successful, solutions sales background.

Sales Executive Job Duties:
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Utilize and manage prospect information with a comprehensive customer relationship management system;
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements: 
  • Candidates should have a minimum of three years of sales experience, (solution sales approach) preferably in a high tech environment;
  • Consistent track record of success in closing business, and creating and managing a pipeline of opportunities;
  • Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, highly confident and goal oriented;
  • Ability to communicate with senior level management, to explain complex processes and to demonstrate IT services to clients;
