Job Purpose:
The HR Officer serves as the HR liaison officer for the company. S/He is directly responsible for the daily attending to the HR needs of the company and its staff.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Selection
- Leave Administration
- Managing staff discipline
- HMO Enrolment and management of the scheme
- Handling Immigration matters·
- Reporting
- Reports to the Head HR.
Education and Experience
- Minimum requirement BSC, from a good institute
- 1 - 3 years post NYSC experience.
