HR Officer - Lagos

Job Purpose:

The HR Officer serves as the HR liaison officer for the company. S/He is directly responsible for the daily attending to the HR needs of the company and its staff.

 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Selection
• Leave Administration
• Managing staff discipline
• HMO Enrolment and management of the scheme
• Handling Immigration matters·   
• Reporting
• Reports to the Head HR.

Education and Experience

• Minimum requirement BSC, from a good institute
• 1 - 3 years post NYSC experience.
