Programme Manager

Position Overview:
As a key member of the 360Chub team, you will be in charge of creating and growing a boisterous community from the ground up where Fashion designers can learn, grow and teach. This includes managing all the operations of the coworking/cosewing space. You will work with a small team to set occupancy goals, refine the coworking/cosewing model and help members utilize the space to its fullest. Your job will never be boring as in any given day you will have to deal with a wide variety of things that will use both your brain and your hands.
This job has manual labor, mental labor, and a whole bunch of people facing. Your ultimate goal is to build and manage an environment that fosters growth for fashion designers, Tailors and Fashion brands. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business initiatives. A proven track record in business development at an established Fashion Firm, media branding agency or e-commerce company is a must. Comprehensive knowledge of fashion, lifestyle, digital media and e-commerce industries are vital to success in this role. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and analytical skills.
This position reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities include:
  • Growing and nurturing an amazing community of Fashion designers, startups and Creative Entrepreneurs
  • Guiding facility tours, track walk-ins, and schedule tours
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships across the Fashion and Startup community
  • Working on community initiatives designed to develop connections between members, including member introductions, event support, email and print communications
  • Ensuring that building is fully operational and processes are running smoothly
  • Ensuring desired Event Venue use
  • Being active on the 360C Hub Slack network (GIFs and emoji’s not just recommended but encouraged)
  • Solving member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community

The ideal candidate will be:
  • Sales focused and self-motivated
  • Well connected with international and local fashion and Fashion Shows.
  • Passionate about fashion, Entertainment and Technology Industry
  • As a successful Business/Community Manager you will need to have the following:
  • Good academic background, ideally degree educated
  • Good work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Ability to be consultative and quick thinking in approach
  • An interest in Fashion and Celebrities
  • Highly literate and numerate
  • A clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • IT savvy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Adept in the use of social media and social networking
  • Highly organized with a superb attention to detail
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills and attributes:
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Property/Facility management experience
  • Experience working with small budgets
  • Proactive problem solving
  • Passion for the Fashion designers and/or Creative community
  • Proven track record of reaching sales targets and KPI’s
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of the business development process
  • Solid financial, business and industry insights and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to create compelling written collateral in a concise manner
  • Able to listen to, lead and influence senior management
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to our growing business, its brand, processes and client base
