- Understand java codes
- Understand basic technicalities involved in writing code
- Understand the systems involved in deploying a solution
- Master the business knowledge of the solutions provided
- Assist in implementation support
- Understand the solutions being trained on
- Read & understand the solutions Union Systems deploy
- Read & understand banking operations
- Candidate with second class upper & above
- B.Sc. in Computer Sciences/Engineering/Mathematics/Any Pure Sciences course
