Nigeria's Babatunde Fowler Emerges Head Of Tax Administrators In Africa The Executive Chairman, Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Babatunde Fowler, has been elected President of the African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF). Mr Fowler defeated his Togolese counterpart by 13 votes to 4 during the Forum’s elections held recently in Durban, South Africa.
