Job Purpose: 
Management of various sites ensuring they are aligned with Responsible for project planning and scheduling, the project plan and ability to adjust accordingly.  

Principal Accountabilities/ Key Result Areas: Responsibilities: 
  • The overall construction and project management the building and construction programme
  • Monitoring and control of the project in terms 
  • Design Management Contractor Management 
  • Quality Technical and Safety issues. 
  • Resource allocation and budget adherence 
  • Reporting on project budget and programme 
  • Project Planning Cost Management. Time Management Quality Management Contract Administration. 
  • Safety Management. 
  • Identify the elements of project design and construction 3 Knowledge, 

Skills Experience and Competencies: Qualification: 
  • MBA or Masters will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 5-years of experience in construction projects 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good understanding of MEP building systems.  
  • Thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety Core Competencies: 
  • Excellent Organizing Skills 
  • Team Player 
  • Attention to Detail 
  • Numerical Ability  
  • Good Management and Listening Skills Peripheral Competencies: •
