Telesales Executive - Lagos

We are currently sourcing candidates for telesales executive roles who will be expected to cross-sell key services and products to both users (jobseekers/career individuals) and employers/training providers. They'll primarily pitch and sell our various product offerings to potential customers/clients.


Key job responsibilities:-
  1. Sell job ad packages and annual access plans (basic and advanced) to employers.
  2. They'll be required to work through our list of employer contacts and also explore leads on their own.
  3. Promote our training advertising services to Training Organisations and Providers.
  4. Handle enquiries and queries from users and ensure they pay to get registered for the trainings.
  5. Handle enquiries/queries and sell our CV and Cover Letter writing services to as many users as possible.
  6. Call customers to check their details and update contact records. They will also let customers know about new products or promotions that are relevant to their needs or preferences.
  7. They will also contact customers after a sale to check that they are satisfied with their purchase to help improve customer relationships and increase customer retention.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Entry level/ 1 - 2 years of experience is required.
  • Must have natural sales ability and are not afraid to make tens of calls per day.
  • Energetic, smart and very fluent in written and oral communication.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Minimum of HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin or any related discpline.
